Always perfect

I love cooking! Being able to make people happy by making their favorite meals makes me so happy. Cooking and baking allows for a certain level of creativity with experimentation with what flavors go together, and what combinations are going to pleasantly surprise the tastebuds. One comfort meal that I make is chicken tenders that I triple batter and fry until golden. No matter how many times that I make these, I am always in awe of how beautiful and super crunchy that they turn out.
