As well as having a passion for photography, another one of my hobbies is cooking. Being creative in the kitchen brings me joy! Oh right, I already mentioned that in my first post, and that I have a food blog called Off the Menu where I not only made delicious food, but also took nice pictures of said food. Here is my recent obsession: the omelette sandwich.

Omelette sandwiches are sold as street food in India. How I made this delicious sandwich first putting butter and a good handful of parmesan cheese in a bread width line on a hot pan. I let the cheese melt a little bit, then I top it with two slices of bread. After a few minutes, flip the bread over and toast the other side of the bread. While the bread is toasting, scramble a couple of eggs with salt, pepper, and whatever yummy spices you like. When the bread is all toasty remove it from the pan. Add a touch more butter and the eggs. Top the eggs with whatever you like in an omelette. I topped my eggs with more parmesan cheese and baby spinach. After the toppings are on the eggs, top with the slices of toast, cheese side up. Leave it in the pan until the eggs are no longer runny on the top, Put on a plate egg side up. Fold over the sides, and fold the sandwich in half. Quick, easy, delicious!
