It's Spooky Season

One of our favorite spooky shopping destinations has had their halloween decor out since July 5. According to the 12 Foot Skeleton Owners Group on FB-- yes, that's a real group, and yes, I absolutely am a member (not that I own a 12' skeleton or anything, I just really like to read what those skelly fans are up to) July 5th is the official start of spooky season. This home and garden store always has amusing decor every year. A few years ago I found a cute gnome couple. To stick with the spooky halloween theme these gnomes were skeletons. So spooky and all, but I am very confused as to why she's holding a frog. Very cute (and kinda creepy) though. I like it!
