Lake Views

I usually remember exactly what I was doing when I take a picture. I remember specific things, down to what I was thinking when I took the picture, why I wanted to capture that specific moment, and what else I did that day. That's why I take so many photos and of everything, it is like a visual journal. I was going through my many pictures, and other than the location, I don't recall any details surrounding this picture.


Back in 2014, I took this at a lake in the adjoining city where I lived when I first moved to Texas. It was obviously fall seeing as there are a lack of leaves on the trees. I probably wanted to snap this pic because I liked how the sailboat is framed by the bare trees.
