My favorite things

As my blog title clearly states, I am obsessed with reflections. Reflections make for such interesting photographs. It's a different perspective on a familiar subject. This new way of looking at what might be a mundane object just might be what is needed to unlock it's beauty. This picture combines so much that I love. We recently visited one of my favorite modern art museums. At the front of the museum is a huge Dale Chihuly piece. His work is so recognizable and absolutely gorgeous. As we were going up the stairs to the upper level of the museum, this piece can be seen prominently displayed on a large window. As I turned around at the top of the stairs, there was a small library with floor to ceiling glass doors. I found this to be a much more interesting picture than just taking a photo of the artwork.
